I wouldn’t go with any other company. I have had experiences with some other companies that told me I need new equipment or services, only to find out that I didn’t or their charges were exorbitant. I have had some companies come out with a really good deal for a furnace servicing and cleaning. But once they do that, they have come up with some truly expensive service that they push real hard to get me to buy. I have gotten estimates with other companies and the first company was really trying to overcharge me or I didn’t even actually need what they were trying to sell me. Some of the companies advertise on television and that costs a lot of money and I believe they get funds for that by charging a lot to their customers. When you get an estimate from somebody, I would recommend that you get at least two more estimates from other companies, and I would highly recommend that Atlantic is one of them.

I found Atlantic, to be honest, have integrity in their work, and to be knowledgeable. They have kept my Magic Chef furnace in excellent condition.

I highly recommend Atlantic Heating & AC. I was out of town last summer when a part on my AC went out. I have a home warranty plan, but the company made me jump through hoops just to fix it and ultimately they paid nothing. In addition, Atlantic Heating was one of their approved contractors. Long story short, Atlantic got a tech out to my property quickly to fix the part & I purchased their MVP Plan to protect me in the future, which was all done over the phone since I was in TN. I especially appreciated their professionalism from the time I called their office and spoke with Brianna to the completion of the job. Thanks for being there Atlantic!

I am so grateful for this little business. After trying multiple attempts to get my old system to limp along, they installed a new system for me that is working beautifully. After a part was damaged during shipping, they went the extra mile (or sixty) to get the part so the installation was not delayed.

Rich, Cameron, and Brianna were very attentive and patient with our hot, grumpy selves.

Now, my husband and I are happy to be back to disagreeing about how cold the house should be, rather than agreeing that it is too dang hot!

I can’t say enough about Atlantic Heating & AC. Lisa and her team are phenomenal! The service and care they extend to their customers is beyond any expectation. They are professional, understanding, and kind. We purchased a new-build home, and the ducting was very inadequate. Several rooms were either very cold or very hot. The airflow was almost non-existent in some areas. The county inspector told me he couldn’t believe it was built and passed inspection the way it was. Atlantic corrected this major issue and made the home comfortable. They even noted some poor work done by another company with the AC installation, and corrected that at no charge. They truly care for their customers well-being and comfort. We will be loyal Atlantic customers for life!

Cameron is awesome and we called him out to see how our new system, (installed by someone else), was and he made recommendations they helped us tremendously in saving money. Amazing service and integrity. They pulled permits on my unit and saw that a different company had installed it less than a year ago, advised me to contact them for no-cost repair. They could have easily taken my money to fix it themselves and I would never have known the difference. Went totally above and beyond to treat me well as a customer. I’ll be using Atlantic HVAC from here on.

We have been using Atlantic since the day we moved into our home 12 years. They installed our air condition units and have serviced our furnaces and air conditioners ever since.

Very happy with Cameron & this company. They apparently were the original installer of the equipment when our house was built. We had a minor issue a few weeks ago when turning on our A/C for the first time this year, it just didn’t seem to be cooling as quickly or effectively as it should have been. Brianna was very helpful on the phone giving us ideas of what the issue might have been since this was a Friday & we weren’t sure if we wanted to have someone out or wait to see how it went over the weekend.

We decided to have them come out & Cameron came on the same day we called. He even came early & was polite & very knowledgeable. He found the problem & that it was a small problem back at install time several years prior. They really stand behind their work & have integrity, he did not charge us anything since it had been their error to begin with, even though it had been done 3 years earlier. He easily could have never mentioned it & we would not have known the difference, but he did the right thing & was honorable & honest! We’ll definitely use them again!

This company from the office staff on down the line is top notch. I have had them service my rental property furnace for several years now and my wife called another company this year off of a flyer and they tried to tell us we needed an entirely new furnace. I immediately called Atlantic and they showed us exactly what wasn’t wrong with it, serviced it and we are good to go. Integrity at its finest.

Keith was very professional and did a great job repairing our furnace. Quick turn around. He took extra time sealing and doing a full service which was needed for our 11 year old furnace. I would recommended Atlantic Heating without hesitation.

Atlantic HVAC provided me outstanding service installing my new air conditioning system. After closing on a newly constructed home in the fall of 2018, I contacted Atlantic HVAC this spring for an aftermarket AC system. Lisa provided very competitive pricing, Camden and his crew quickly installed the coil and condenser on the inside and outside of the home, and Brianna was most responsive coordinating the electrical and mechanical inspections with the county. Malachi from Downtown Electric was great completing all the electrical hookups. I highly recommend Atlantic HVAC.
